Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 30, 2026
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By using SumMatrix ("the Service"), operated by Dana Noriega through muktiflow.com ("we", "our"), you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
SumMatrix is a web-based mental agility game: you find pairs of numbers that add up to a target, against the clock. The Service offers:
- Free levels: the first levels are free to play, with periodic spark refills and daily play limits.
- Higher levels: unlocked by buying sparks, the game's virtual currency.
There are no subscriptions: you only pay for the spark packs you choose to buy.
3. Sparks (virtual currency)
- Sparks are a virtual currency for use exclusively inside the game. They have no monetary value outside the Service.
- They are not transferable between accounts, not redeemable for money, and not collectible outside your account.
- Play limits, free refills, launch bonuses and pack contents may be adjusted; changes do not affect sparks already credited to your balance.
- If your account is closed for violating these terms, remaining sparks are forfeited without compensation.
- Referral sparks. Sparks you receive for inviting a friend, or for creating your account with someone's link, are a gift: they have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or transferred. The person who invites receives them when the invited person creates an account with their link and finishes their first game. They are cancelled if they come from accounts belonging to the same owner (for example, the same email written another way) or from an email that already had an account in the game.
4. Payments, currency and no-refund policy
All purchases are final. There are no refunds.
- Prices are shown on the purchase screen in US dollars (USD) and the charge is processed in that same currency.
- Payment is processed by Bold. The exact amount is shown on the payment screen before you confirm. If your account is in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion and fees, which we do not control.
- Sparks are credited to your account immediately after the payment is confirmed. Because this is low-value digital content with immediate delivery, all purchases are final.
- By completing a purchase you agree to the immediate delivery of the digital content and, if you are a consumer in the European Union, you acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.
- Operational exception: if a payment was processed and the sparks do not appear in your balance, write to us and we will correct the credit. That is a balance adjustment, not a refund.
5. Account and minimum age
- You need an account to play: with email and password, or by logging in with a link we send to your email. Before your first login you must confirm your email: it is what lets you recover your account and your sparks if you lose access. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity on your account.
- Minimum age: 18. By creating an account you declare that you are 18 or older. The Service is not directed at minors and we do not accept accounts from minors, even with parental or guardian consent. If we find that an account belongs to a minor, we close it; purchases made from that account are not refunded unless applicable law requires it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor in your care created an account, write to info@muktiflow.com and we will delete it.
- You may use the Service from any country. You are responsible for complying with the local rules that apply to you.
6. Fair play
Part of the game runs in your browser. You agree not to use scripts, automation, client manipulation or any method to alter scores, sparks or limits. We reserve the right to correct or remove scores, adjust balances obtained irregularly, and suspend accounts that cheat.
7. Private rooms, daily challenge and leaderboard
- Rooms: whoever creates a room shares its code, link or QR. Joining is free, but you need at least 2 sparks (1 to play and 1 in reserve) and must not be in the game-limit break.
- Once everyone is in, the creator sets the time, the level (at most, the highest level everyone has played and has open) and how many sparks each player puts in (at most, the lowest balance in the room minus 2). Before each round you see those conditions and the prizes in sparks, and you have 15 seconds to accept. When you accept, the sparks at stake are taken from your balance and go into the pot; when it starts, the spark for the game, as in any game. If you don't accept, you sit that round out at no cost. If fewer than 2 people accept, the round doesn't start and what was charged is returned.
- Everyone starts and finishes at the same time, with the same matrices. If you join your game late, you have less time. If you accepted and don't play, or abandon your game, you get no place and lose what you put in.
- Prizes: with 2 or 3 players, whoever solves the most takes the whole pot; with 4 to 6, it is split between the top two; with 7 or 8, among the top three. Anyone who finishes in a prize position gets at least what they put in. If two players solve the same number, whoever reached it first wins; if they also tie on time, those prizes are split. SumMatrix keeps no part of the pot.
- Sparks won in a room are like any other sparks: virtual currency with no monetary value, which cannot be exchanged for money or goods and cannot be transferred outside the game. The result depends on each player's skill.
- Using multiple accounts, or colluding with other people, to move sparks between accounts is prohibited. If we detect it, we may void a round's result, remove the sparks obtained that way and suspend the accounts.
- A room that doesn't start within 15 minutes (from its creation or its last round) closes by itself, with nothing charged.
- Leaderboard: if you appear on the leaderboard, other players see your public name (the first 6 characters of your name or nickname with a 3-digit number, for example «Santia482») and your best pace on each level. Your email is never shown. Country and city are optional. You can stop appearing on the leaderboard at any time, on the same screen.
- Daily challenge: every day (Colombia time) there is one challenge, the same for everyone: the same target and the same matrices on each try, with the cells in a different order for each player. You get the number of tries the game shows, for free: they don't use sparks, don't count toward your level or the break, and can't be played during the break. Starting a try uses it up, even if you don't finish it. Your time is measured by our server, from when you see the first matrix until you solve the fifth, and each wrong pair adds the seconds the game shows. If you spend longer than the maximum the game shows on a single matrix, the try closes without a time.
- Challenge prizes: when the day ends (midnight, Colombia time), the three best times win a medal and the sparks the game shows (which may be zero). If two players have the same time, whoever got it first wins. Only times a person can actually achieve count: if any matrix is solved faster than someone can read it and tap it, that try doesn't count for the leaderboard or the prize. Prize sparks are a gift, with the same rules as any other sparks (no monetary value, not exchangeable or transferable). If we detect cheating (section 6), we void the prize and may suspend the account.
- Challenge leaderboard: other players see your public name, your best time of the day and your medals. The same option to stay off the leaderboard applies here: if you stay off, you still compete and only you see your row.
8. Third-party services
We use third-party providers to operate the Service:
- Infrastructure and data: Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Firestore)
- Authentication: Google Identity Platform
- Payment processing: Bold
- Transactional email: Resend
These providers process data only to deliver the Service. More detail in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. SumMatrix is an entertainment game; it promises no cognitive, educational or any other kind of results.
The maximum liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the total you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual property
The game, its design, its matrix generation algorithms, its brand and its configurations are our property. Copying them, reselling them or using them to build competing services is not allowed.
11. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
